ProTrek: A Tri-Modal Protein Language Model for Advancing Sequence-Structure-Function Analysis

Introducing ProTrek ProTrek is a new protein language model developed by researchers at Westlake University. It combines data on protein sequence, structure, and function for better analysis. Training and Performance ProTrek was trained on a large dataset and has shown excellent results in various tests. It outperforms other models in understanding protein functions.
