Our generative AI solution is revolutionizing the way we teach and learn, providing personalized content and engaging experiences for students. ๐ฏ What Teachers Can Do: - Generate questions and answers from prompts to create assignments - Create images to represent assignments - Save assignments to a database for future use - Browse existing assignments from the database ๐ฏ What Students Can Do: - Select and review assignments from the database - Answer questions in the selected assignments - Check real-time grading scores for their answers - Review suggested improvements for their answers - Read recommended answers for reference ๐ก How It Works: Our solution is built using Amazon services like Amazon Bedrock, Amazon ECS, Amazon CloudFront, ELB, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, and AWS CDK. Here's an overview: - The solution is a scalable web service accessed through browsers - Content is served through Amazon CloudFront with an Application Load Balancer - Images are stored in an Amazon S3 bucket - Assignments and answers are saved in separate DynamoDB tables ๐ง Getting Started: To use our solution, some knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and the Amazon services involved is helpful. Implementation details and source code can be found in our GitHub repository. Follow the setup instructions in the readme file. ๐ Creating Assignments: Teachers can easily create assignments using our GUI page. Input text is transformed into questions, answers, and an image representing the assignment. For example, guidelines for bicycle safety can generate corresponding questions, answers, and an image. ๐ Browsing Assignments: Teachers can conveniently browse existing assignments and view generated artifacts using our GUI page. Assignments can be accessed from the DynamoDB table, and images can be downloaded from the S3 bucket. ✍️ Answering Questions: Students can select and answer questions from assignments. Our solution provides real-time grading by comparing their answers with the correct ones. It also ranks students' answers and suggests improvements for their grammar and sentences. ๐ Conclusion: Our AI-assisted solution enhances teaching and learning by leveraging generative AI and NLP models. It can be applied to develop other generative AI prototypes and applications.
